FETAC Level 5 awards in Retail Display and Selling Skills for employees. Setting and Maintaining Retail Standards and Coaching for Improved Standards for managers. The Retail Transformation Programme was evaluated and measured using mystery shopper activity and financial measures.

Career Framework for Eircom’s IT function ( 2008)

The brief was to design an intranet-based platform for all ’job families’ within IT. Each job family was further broken down into the roles within that family and a career framework was developed.
The framework enabled all 400 IT employees to identify the career path, education and professional qualifications needed for all roles within the organisation. Facilitated self management of career.
